Is there a tool to do my vocab lessons first?

I just made level 19 and currently have a very high daily review count.  I would like to tread water for a couple weeks to advance my reviews and lower my daily count.  I would however still like to unlock vocabs since these really help me remember my Kanji.  Is there a third party app that can help me with this?
