So, I want to create some database for my own needs. I want to be able to turn all recognized words in manga scans into txt file. There are OCR programs, but they only capture image already open on the desk window, as I know. Are there any programs that can help me?

Check out the Mokuro thread. It doesn’t parse into a txt file, rather into a series of json files for each page, but that should be trivial to convert to a txt file, if you don’t need the other info.
