Quite an exceptional pig if it’s got multiple mouths and foreheads 
You could change ‘a pig’ to ‘pigs’, but I think you should run with the multi-mouthed pig thing and go with ‘a mutant pig’.
Side note: I was amused to see a number of other topics likened to ‘Exceptional pigs’, none of which were ostensibly about pigs.
