Can 感情 also be read as 関係?

I’m doing my sentenece cards for Dragon Maid and this sentence popped up:

トールって人間の感情 理解してない節があるよね

Kobayashi is saying かんけい though wich kinda confused me.

感情 can’t be read かんけい. Did someone just write the wrong word?

I took the subs from netflix. maybe it’s just an error.

funny thing is the site I usually watch it in translate it to human emotions just like in the japanese subs
