The question then is when do we start? I already have the book, so whenever is okay, but I guess it might not be the case for everyone. Just to get a rough idea:
- I have the book/ can start anytime
- Give me 1-3 weeks
- Give me 4-6 weeks
- Give me 7-10 weeks
- More??
- I do not plan to read this book
