Well, that one’s pretty straight forward and self explanatory. I don’t even know why it’s not there in the first place, it is used so often as “opponent” and when I think about it, everytime I encounter this word, it’s use is to refer to someone’s opponent.

Add "opponent" as a meaning for 相手
