It’s one thing that “no less” alone is not accepted as an answer
but that it accepts “no more” is probably something that needs to be blacklisted. It is close to or more but not in meaning.
And I assume that the inverse is true for 以下.

I think it’s getting caught in the mistake allowance since no more is just two letters off of or more. Either way I’ll tag @Mods to let them see a candidate for the block list!

I added “no less” and “no more” to the block lists for 〜以上 and 〜以下. “No less than” and “no more than” were already on there
