I think she’s talking generically about clothes shops as a whole, including the previously mentioned second hand store.
The gist of it is basically “Ryo is a loner but she enjoys it, Bocchi is just lonely and her social anxiety handicaps her to the point where she wouldn’t even manage to enter a clothes shop”.
I guess the whole clothes store thing is not that important, but I have to ask: am I understanding incorrectly who is speaking in the second panel, then? Is the left-hand bubble in the second panel spoken by Ryo then? I thought that was Bocchi speaking…
