福袋 Lucky Bag

福袋 meanings are “mystery bag” and “mystery sack”, but the context sentence translates it to “lucky bag”. So… shouldn’t “lucky bag” be one of the possible meanings? I know I can put it as a synonym latter, but it makes more sense to have it as a meaning from the start.
