#PROGRESS POST #9
#WANIKANI
CURRENT WANIKANI LEVEL: 40
IN ONE MONTH I HOPE TO BE LEVEL: 45
#GOALS
LAST MONTH’S GOAL REPORT:
- KaniWani: I haven’t always hit exactly 0 by the end of the day, but I’ve hit 0 reviews at least once a day.
- Anki: I can confidently report that I feel back on my feet again. It’s unfortunate that I’ve missed out on so much potential progress since I first started, but
- Intermediate Textbook: For once, I’ve actually started doing all of my goals from last month with this textbook. I finished my notes on the all of the remaining grammatical structures and I’ve started on my rather large pile of vocab from the textbook that I don’t yet know.
- Journal Challenge: I wrote a few sparse sentences here and there, but nothing substantial. So I’m not writing this off as a complete failure, but I can certainly do better this next month.
THIS MONTH’S GOAL:
- KaniWani: Maintain those beautiful 0/0’s at the end of each day.
- Anki/HouHou: Keep up with my current pace. I should finish my textbook vocab, at least, by the end of the month.
- Intermediate Textbook: (Start to) organize my grammar notes and (start to) go back through the textbook and workbook for one last time. I’m really itching to move on to my next textbook as soon as I can.
- Journal Challenge: I’ll make this really easy on myself again and challenge myself to do at least one before the end of the next month here.
- JSL: I’m temporarily promoting the JSL series from my secondary study resources list to my primary one, since I’ve started working through it recently. I’ve already finished reviewing content from the first book, but I’ll want to go back through to really drill myself on the speaking parts. My goals for this next month are to finish compiling the list of words that I don’t know for all 3 books, finish the second volume, and then get at least halfway through the first volume’s dialogue again.
