This is related to a grammar point of “having to do something”
The verb here is する
You make it somewhat negative for しな + ければならない (“have to do”)
You shorten it (slang) to しなきゃ
And the final な is the usual informal ね.

This is all I understand:
な～ - you see?
これって - this (but I don’t understand the って)
水 - water
に - direction particle
つけとく - attach (in advance) (thanks to the vocab sheet)
だけ - but

いい - good
の - that pesky sentence ending thing looking for or giving an explanation
か？- question
???

It took me a few minutes to work out how the title of chapter 21 is different to the title of chapter 20!
(And then I took a look at the vocab list for chapter 21 and… uh oh! I’m in trouble now! 
)
In this case, I’d think of him saying.
“See… About this, is attaching water (in advance) alone okay?”
Or more naturally,
“Hey, about the flowers, is only pouring water (ahead of time) good enough?”
な～ is an attention getter
って is an informal subject marker like は. (In other cases, it can act like the quotation particle と)
だけ only, solely, alone
Yeah, sorry about Chapter 21… We never got to it.

Yotsuba: もっかいやって
Thanks to the wonderful Hi Native, I know this is もう一回 plus the て-form of やる
So she’s basically saying "do it again’ (referring to Jumbo’s jump).
Just a couple of questions:
- Is there a difference between もう一回 and もう一度, or do they mean basically the same thing?
- I guess if Yotsuba wanted to be polite (as if!) she’d simply add 下さい to that て-form, or is やる never polite?

From what I can tell, when it comes to 一回 and 一度, they mean basically the same thing: “Time(s)”
But I found that 回 is commonly used for numbers around 4 and up, while 度 isn’t. (This is just from a quick search.)

This is て as a conjunction.
花火大会ってのは = the thing called “fireworks festival”
やるんじゃなくて = is not something you do, but
みるの = something you watch

Following on from there, can I just try my hand at breaking down the next panel? Just to see if I’m on the right track?
Jumbo: でかーい花火が空にバーッてな!
でかーい - huuuuuuge
花火 - fireworks
が- object marker
空に - in the sky
バーッ - bang
て - quotation marker
な! - sentence ending particle
“huge fireworks go bang up in the sky, yeah”

Pretty much.
Just one thing to mention; I may be wrong, though.
Although you can sometimes see this type of sound: バーッ, meaning something like a sudden stop, I think in this case, the quotation marker is ッて.

No, I’m pretty sure it’s the glottal stop ッ. I confess I’m not quite sure what the て is doing on its own, though.
