こんにちは!^.^ (JET wannabe here)

Hey everybody! I’m supplementing my Rosetta Stone courses with the MLC workbooks and wanted to check this out to level up my understanding. Feel free to leave advice for me!

The best advice I can give is “Don’t rush yourself.” It’s great to have a goal to work toward, but pushing yourself too hard will likely just lead you to burn out and get discouraged.

That isn’t to say you shouldn’t push yourself, by all means do so, just in a controlled manner.

Thanks! I frequently remind myself that the flame that burns twice as bright burns half as long, so that’s super relevant advice. Thankfully, I get to interact with the Japanese language everyday so it keeps me interested. When I’m feeling a little burnt out is when I reach out to new learning experiences like this to refresh my mind. I appriciate the reminder so much, thank you for commenting it.
