Hello.
Does any one have an idea of what is the correct way to ask for something in a shop if using これ? I understand that for asking for a concrete item you should use particle を but i have also heard the same but without the particle.
Why is this? Or maybe when using これ there is no need to add particle を? Maybe を is just used when you use the name of the thing you are referring to?

Both are fine, but I would assume the latter is politer.
Natural casual Japanese contains many examples of particles dropped here and there, as long as it’s obvious grammatically which particle it would have been had it been put there.
This doesn’t mean it’s “correct” in a textbook sense.
It’s the same reason if you’re speaking with your friends in English it’d sound it a bit odd if you said “I am going to go to the bathroom now.” You’d probably say “Gonna go to the bathroom.”
