医療財政(いりょうざいせい): healthcare financing; not a new word, we’ve seen it before;
✩圧迫(あっぱく)するの：pressure, press, oppress; new vocabulary for me.
Here’s it’s been turned into a noun by 『は』so pressure I guess.
