Wrap-up button and long term progress

I’ve been using the wrap-up button a lot lately and the number of right answers on both meaning and reading increased considerably. I feel less anxious about finishing the 200+ items review and don’t think it’s hindering my progress. I also finish the reviews session much faster and can concentrate on other areas of Japanese learning. However, I feel it might be too good to be true.

What are your thoughts about it?

Does it really help or it might be a bad idea in the long term?

Whatever works. It’s not like you’re cheating by looking up answers or something, and depending on how long it usually takes you to do reviews, it could be a good idea since your attention span might not last the entire review session if you did it in one sitting.
