Which portion of lessons do you like the most/memorize the fastest?

I definitely don’t remember seeing her with a cigarette in Genki I, but I just started II yesterday so I will be keeping my eyes PEELED. I am losing my mind too

I always have so much trouble with the new kanji (ones I’ve never studied before that is) for the first week and I start to give up hope… Am I actually terrible at Japanese? I ask myself. Then after a week or so I learn them, and feel good about myself again. Then wanikani throws more at me and I cry again ;_;
