Apologies for constantly asking questions but in regards to the kaiwabun section do you read through it or just use listening? Rn I’m really struggling to comprehend it via listening but I’m able to read it fairly easily
Basically, I try to only listen, but if I have to read it to understand something, I only read the particular part that I don’t understand. Once I’ve listened to the whole thing several times and figured out all the hard parts with help of the text, then I allow myself to read the whole thing to confirm what I heard is correct.
The goal is to understand a big chunk of audio without referencing the text, which is what I think the exercise is trying to prepare you to do in the real world when you have to listen to spoken Japanese.
