What is the longest you've been on a level?

I think I was on level 36 for 3 years

It’s Leebo, the master of leveling up. What did you expect :stuck_out_tongue:

Like two weeks. But that’s because I needed to pay up.

I was on level 1 for 1164 days, so that’s my longest so far.

I done been trumped :stuck_out_tongue:

about 550 days stuck on level 42 because of rl issues. Also the reason why I am starting from scratch again

The longest was 40 days on level three which was mostly due to me trying to stretch as much free time as I had left with WK. I wanted to have the first three levels fairly ingrained before going on to later levels.

Just downloaded the AlliCrab app, only to discover that I have been on level 18 for 145 days…

For me it’s also level 18! :open_mouth: It took me 40 days and 21 hours to clear it. :clock430:

7 days 20 hours so far. But I have a hackathon this weekend, so level 10 might be a little longer.

Edit: Actually, 7 days 17 hours.

I occasionally spend +/- 30 days on a level, usually because of school or holidays. I think my longest level is 38 days, due to last year’s summer vacation

105 days on level 36; I was on vacation mode because I was in Japan for two weeks, and then stayed on vacation mode for I think another two weeks because I was lazy… and then I just didn’t bother leveling up in order to get my workload under control before picking up new kanji/vocabs again.

1482 days (4 years) on level 6. I didn’t have the same motivation I have now back then…

My longest time was 57 days on level 14, which is honestly nothing compared to a lot of people here.

15 days 5 hours back in level 3. That was before I really knew what I was doing and before I learned about the reorder script (don’t worry, I don’t abuse it). From 3-31, my avg. level time is 7 days 16 hours, but on a downward trend. I’m just hoping I don’t have greater than an 8 day level again.

There is already a big thread talking about whether people have reset and why. I read some of it, and it seems that a lot do it because life gets in the way. But the thing is, I think a large part of it is that they also lose interest. If it’s just business, you can stop doing lessons for a week and just work on your reviews. Then do at least 3-5 lessons per day and you’ll have a very small review workload. I don’t care how busy some people say they are, but 3-5 lessons a day (which is maybe only 25-30 reviews per day) is about 10 minutes of work. People can do that on the potty.

If my life ever becomes too busy to not be able to go at my current pace anymore, I’d definitely just tone it down, because there IS time - you make time for what you love. Ofc I’m not counting like if you went on a mission trip to Africa or something and had no internet, but I don’t really buy business as an excuse if you are still supposedly motivated to learn kanji.

I believe it was 257 days on level 11.

I’d have to double check idigtech to be sure, but I’m feeling especially lazy right now.

30 days and 9 hours (level 23)

Went to Japan for two weeks, during which I did zero WK. I thought I had put on vacation mode, but apparently not, because I came back to a ton of reviews, and it took me quite a while to get back on track, my next three levels was 12, 17 and 15 days.

11d13h, though I’m only level 10. It’s been slowly creeping up as I try to space lessons out more, and I can imagine it’ll eventually go a good deal higher.
