This feels dumb. I feel like I’m way too far in my Japanese studies to be asking questions like this. But in this subtitle for Ping Pong the Animation, I can’t figure out what character this is supposed to be (the one circled in red, obviously). It’s gotta be a kana, right? It’s got a dakuten. And yet I don’t recognize it as anything. Someone help me please. I will reward you with an 「いいね！」.
