We're Hiring a (Part-Time) Customer Support Specialist

Tofugu/WaniKani is hiring for a part-time (20-ish hours per week) customer support specialist. Although this position is part time, we’re looking to hire someone for the long term. As customer support work grows, we’re hoping you grow right along with it and with us.

Duties include clearing the inbox, updating internal and external documentation, tracking common issues, responding to Tweets/DMs, and… moderating these very forums (gulp!).

To learn more about the position and our awesome benefits, take a look at the Customer Support Specialist job posting. Applications are due Sunday, September 8, 2019.

Are these new jobs for Americans only? If not, will that person work remotely? Just curious…

Tofugu is seeking a remote part-time Customer Support Specialist to provide customer support for its Japanese language learning properties.
You can work 20-25 hours a week in any North American timezone.

Most of their jobs are remote and open to international applicants, and I don’t see this one specifying otherwise.

That makes sense. Thanks for clarifying.

Do too many people apply for these jobs?
