Hey hey, I do realize I’m like TURBO LATE for this book club, but I got myself a physical copy of this manga in two languages, German and Japanese, and I’ve been dual-wielding the manga since then ^^
Or to be more accurate, reading in Japanese, and then when I was getting stuck, trying to understand the context in German when reading it xdd
Neither of those languages I’m well familiar with, so it’s a challenge with both: I admire this thread’s “beginner book club” label ambitions seeing how there are expressions in the manga that make me go 
, but being able to cover up for the misunderstood sentences is nice ^^
I finished reading the first chapter, it was pretty long, but the manga is really cool and I love the illustrations, everyone is SUPER HOT in this manga and we need more stories with just objectively attractive protagonists 
Even in the scenes when 古賀 is drawn to be nerdy and scrapy, she’s still really pretty, so manga artists really carried it across ^^
Since I always was like “yeah maybe a few more pages and the chapter will end” I ended up binging the whole almost 80 pages today and intend on going further; thank you for keeping track of the vocab sheet, I very much appreciate it, made it easier for me to go into it C:
My reward for the chapter 1’s coolest panel is 大沢 writing her number on 古賀’s hand, absolute peak ^^
And the drama for discovering the playlist at the very end of the chapter, I love it when drama kids overdramaticize stuff way out of proportion ^^
I might or might not continue catching up on this manga!
