WaniKani seems to take away the media controls on a MacBook keyboard.
When music is playing through iTunes, pressing the play/pause button replays the audio in a review, rather than pausing the music.
This may be an issue with Safari and not WaniKani.
I’m running macOS High Sierra.
Safari probably does this for all HTML5 audio/video tags by default. I suspect that there is some attribute that can be set on the tags to prevent this from happening.
Yes, it seems that this is a Safari thing as you can play/pause a YouTube video with the button too.
