I decided to create a Userscript for Greasemonkey/Tampermonkey to add icons to your dashboard menu.
Its just add links to other applications like this (and still have space for one more):

It works in the last version of Firefox and Chrome, and last version of Greasemonkey/TamperMonkey.
Feel free to give ideas or report bugs to help me improve this, it lacks of design cause i am not a designer.
