Somebody needs to volunteer to post the weekly discussion start posts / participation polls starting next week - you can just copy directly from the volume 3 thread. Please reply here to confirm if you can do it!
Also, there will be no page numbers / page counts for this volume unless somebody can be bothered to give me the last page number of each chapter, but I think you’re all on eBooks anyway
