Was this removed from the individual kanji page with the recent renovation of the site? (I know there are userscripts for this, just writing to double-check and to nudge the creators to take it back next time).

I am not entirely sure if this is what you meant, but when I clicked on a kanji and scrolled down the visually similar kanji information was still there.

Not every kanji has a list of visually similar kanji.
I’ve seen the WK team add the info on request at times, so if you think it’s easy to conflate with others, you can contact them and they might add it.

That makes sense, thank you! I’ve mixed up 妊 with 妖 a couple of times but if nothing else this thread will surely put them straight for me (might contact WK team anyways).
