[userstyle] Example sentence spoiler tags

Hi. A long time ago I decided I wanted to figure out what the example sentence means in lessons before being given the meaning. You know, to get that bit of extra practice for sentence comprehension. So I wrote this bit of CSS for Stylish to spoiler it and reveal the meaning of the sentence on hover. So now I’m releasing it in case anyone finds it useful.

As an alternative there is a similar script to this made by rfindley which doesn’t require Stylish: here. Snazzy stuff all around!

I thought the same at first, but @magno's script is for the Lesson pages.  Mine's just on the vocab pages.

Ah, I knew  it had to have been done but searching around I didn’t find it. Use his, he actually maintains his stuff.

Edit: So, it is different.  Ideally it’d probably be integrated though so that you could hide them anywhere you want.  Lessons are the only place I really use the built-in context sentences.

Lol… I just looked at my script again.  Apparently, it does work on the lesson and review pages.

But in the process, I discovered you can access vocab items via two different URLs:
   WaniKani / Vocabulary<word>
   https://www.wanikani.com/level/*/vocabulary/<word>

So, I just updated it to cover that scenario, too.

Cool. All is well.

I’m just here to mark the thread for myself.

And I also thought about making something like those every now and then but turned out to be too lazy or procrastinated and forgot. teh heh
