Judging by [the error message in your screenshot in the other thread](https://community.wanikani.com/t/56509/18), it seems that Open Framework has not managed to create/read an API key on [your account settings page](https://www.wanikani.com/settings/personal_access_tokens). If you do not have a token on this page, try generating one and see if it fixes the problem.
