Thank you, but actually the Original is still quite advanced for me; I think I understand about 70% at best. It’s like moving in the fog – occasionally, it clears up and you see the view outside, but then it gets thicker again and you can only distinguish some shapes…
Now, the Nihongo con Teppei for Beginners – that one really is quite simplistic; I’d say I understand about 98% there, and the remaining is more due to loss of concentration.
However, I think even the one for Beginners still has value for me; the reason I don’t listen to it often nowadays – is that YouTube doesn’t seem to be handling such long playlists too well; I have to manually scroll to the required episode…
What I love about Nihongo con Teppei – is that he always sounds natural. I find his podcasts to be a really good listening practice!

Oh I thought it was the beginner version. So he has 4 versions of the podcast?
I agree. Yesterday I was watching a video by this popular “Dreaming Spanish” platform where they basically claim to teach you Spanish using simple videos and I kept thinking that it sounded extremely unnatural and robotic the way they enunciate every syllable so slowly.
Teppei somehow manages to speak slow and yet sounds somewhat natural while doing it. Maybe the phonetics of Japanese help.

Yes, I do!
I used to watch it a lot in English. Eventually, I dropped it though, because it was just too much fanservice for me 
But it’s still a good anime and a good manga.
And, most importantly, I already have it! I got it quite a while before I even joined WaniKani… And then I completely forgot about it till just a week ago

Luckily, it’s somewhat easier to ignore in manga… Maybe, because it’s not as aggressive in black and white… And maybe also because there are no sound effects to amplify it…
Anyway, I think I can handle it, at least for meow

A weird, but quite interesting manga. So far, it gave me the impression of a typical shonen manga, only instead of raising superpowers, the characters are raising their companies’ stock prices…
Today is the first day of my summer break, so, as planned I spent most of it on fresh air – first, in the nearby park – and then in bigger park a bit further that I’ve discovered a few days ago
