Translation question - 視聴

Can ‘ご視聴ありがとうございました’ mean ‘thank you for your interest/attention’, or does it only mean ‘thank you for watching’?

What could be a similar sentence that would mean ‘thank you for reading’ or ‘thank you for reading till the end’?

清聴 is an honorific word for attention, so you can say ご清聴ありがとうございました for a general “thank you for your attention” in sonkeigo.

I don’t know for certain that it would be natural to use it in text or not, but the definition in the dictionary says 話など, so maybe written text is within the など.

Explicitly “thank you for reading to the end” would be 最後まで読んでくださってありがとうございました
