Tongue twisters, does this one work?

I looked up some japanese tongue twisters, and found some I really liked (“this cat is that cat’s kitten”/“taco bell tacos were not expensive”). In the process of looking up the pronunciation of dates, I came up with one that might actually work.
I was hoping someone could check this to tell me 1) if it makes an sense (as tongue twisters go), 2) if the words are in a sensible order, and 3) if there is any way to make it sound more natural.

I think it would mean “every day December first is not the twenty-seventh.” Comments? Suggestions? Corrections?
