It will probably win eventually. It’s pretty good, though I will say it’s as difficult as 紡ぐ乙女と大正の月 just for different reasons.
And on that note, I’m going to go start a new 4-koma manga that is hopefully not as difficult as those two.

I think you’re out of luck since it’s also 4-koma. 
(Also, I found that one pretty boring and dropped it after the first volume.)
Poor ごちうさ has no votes despite being my favorite 4-koma and tied for my favorite manga in general. It is in a bit of a weird spot since it’s too hard for beginner but probably a tad too easy for intermediate.

I’m not all that surprised since it’s very popular, but the “wander around and nothing happens but also it’s not a comedy” style doesn’t work for me. It’s the same reason I don’t like Kino’s Journey or Mushishi despite how popular both generally are.

Yeah, Kino didn’t work for me either, but probably more due to the episodic nature rather than the subject matter.
You might have dropped Kuro just before it started getting really meaty, though.

It’s possible and I did consider reading one more volume to see. But there’s just too much manga out there to keep going with series you’re not enjoying.

My top pick クプルムの花嫁 isn’t doing too well. I already own the first volume physically, but I’ve been putting it off since I’ve been rereading another manga by the same author with a Discord-only book club. That book club will finish in a little over a month, so I may start this one on my own since it doesn’t look like it’ll win here any time soon.
