There’s a very steep discount on some Harta manga (～3/16 (日)まで), with a lot of series having an early volume or two discounted all the way down to 30 yen pre-tax (mixed in with other smaller discounts), including, for example, the first three volumes of Dungeon Meshi A little bit of a pity it’s not four, but hey.
At 30 yen you can’t really go wrong with anything there, so this time I’ll just highlight a couple of single-volume manga that might otherwise go under the radar: ライカの星, a great short story collection involving cute little dogs in big, dramatic, fantastical situations, spotlighted by Laika returning to Earth from space for revenge, and 恋の絶望行進曲, an interesting yuri manga with strong art about a relationship that only one of the girls takes seriously. I honestly have no idea how it holds up in collected form since I was caught off guard by how soon it ended in serialization, and I recall it going some fairly dark places, but if you’re interested in the genre I think it’s certainly a more than interesting enough work to be worth 30 yen.
