Here to notify that the various Pixel Remasters are on sale on Switch at the lowest price ever! If you want to join, now’s the perfect time! Just grabbed V and VI at the price of one game to cap off all Pixel Remasters and I’m pretty much set for the rest of the year and a chunk of next year until…

There’s a lot of optional stuff that you won’t read if you don’t bother to exhaustively visit every corner of the map, more so than in the previous games. That’s a reason my pacing is a bit whack, because since I transcribe everything I take it all into account but realistically most players will s…

There’s also Odin’s 斬鉄剣zantetsuken that was left untranslated. There’s even the kanji displayed as part of the summon animation.

Somehow the English version of Kingdom Hearts also inherited Zantetsuken, which is weird because that series loves to localize things into brand new names (e.g. コンボリーヴ → Once More).

Just found this book club recently and decided to try and catch up from the beginning. Currently about to enter the Chaos Shrine in FFI. I might not be very active in the conversation but I wanted to take the time to thank everyone who contributed resources for this. It’s really helping the learning…
