Just a small tweak I feel might be nice.

When looking up kanji in WK, also when looking at the details after entering an answer during reviews, under the “Found in Vocabulary” section, kanji, meaning, and reading are given.

But when doing a fresh lesson on a kanji, gives “Vocabulary Examples” section where just gives vocab + meaning. I think it would be nice if this section also gave the readings.

I can definitely see where you’re coming from!

However, it might be a little much with the different readings there might be, from the lesson kanji and other kanji in the word. Some kanji you might not know yet.

Also, it may nullify the “level up the kanji to unlock vocabulary” method, for those particular words anyway, if the lessons already sort of teach you the word with the kanji.

Looks like you’re coming from mobile, so I’m not sure if it will work the same, but on PC you can use your mouse and hover over them and it will give the reading. Does poking them on mobile do anything?

I like to think of it as getting a very slight headstart on the vocab rather than nullifying. I just feel like it’s easier or at least helps to have a vocab to anchor a reading to.

If it shows when doing lessons on pc when hovering over them, I imagine it should show on mobile too. Unfortunately tapping it takes you out of the lesson to the vocab page… so I guess, I could technically do that, but would have to guess which one has the given onyomi reading rather a different one

It definitely is! Maybe if it was added to earlier levels, like up to level 10 or 15?
