You need to guru them before you get new lessons.
Iirc, the time table for leveling items is:

As you can see, you get item to a Guru level in about 3 days after you’ve learned it, assuming you have been doing reviews on time and didn’t fail that item.

On your screenshot you can see how close the items are to being guru by looking at the progress bars below them:

力 has quite a while to go till guru, but 口 is almost there.
