Thank you! It’s been really hard, I’m still finding myself feeling loss but reading has been helping to keep my mind of things for a little while. 
I’m enjoying the older Detective Conan manga so far! I’ve watched quite a bit of the anime as well but on Crunchyroll which helps to understand the manga better! Have you got a favourite character? 
Even one short sentence is better than nothing! When I’m extremely short on time I try to at least read 1 sentence though I don’t feel good just reading just 1 but it’s really better than not at all! Days when I have more time I like to use Pomofocus and read for at least 1 session of 25 minutes.
Time and motivation can be tricky but the future us will thank us for all the hard studying we’ve been doing!

It’s been a while since I’ve watched the anime so I guess I’ll say my favorite character is Conan! Who’s your favorite character??
I’m still doing lessons and reviews but I’m not really reading the last few days….
Maybe today I will read another one of the Tadoku volumes…

I like Ran and Ai! I admit I now miss out the anime original stories now… there was one particular crazy episode which I decided to just skip them afterwards.

I’m not doing too great and just really slowed down but at least I’m doing reviews. I thought being so close to level 60 I’d be excited and trying to rush through but no… complete opposite to what I thought! I’m starting to think more seriously about life after Wanikani but…I don’t want to leave!

Well it’s better than piling too much on myself especially at this stage - I know I’ll get there in the end! I’m on a mission to burn everything so I’ll be sticking around for a while I think. Gotta burn 'em all!

I took a break from new lessons while keeping up with my reviews, with a little bit of a break from reviews for the past couple days, but today I did 87 reviews and 15 lessons!!! 94% accuracy on the large batch of reviews!!! I love it!

I’m continuing to do lessons again, though I’m taking a trip next week so I will probably stop on Sunday or Monday! Beginning to wonder if I should try the five a day during these times, but I really treasure getting time off from the study. I feel like it kinda keeps my enthusiasm from tanking….
Any advice?

I purrsonally think that if you really treasure getting time off from the study – then that’s what you should do. Take a break from studying and then resume it once you return from the trip!

Thank you!!! That is exactly what I decided to do! Great advice - I was able to truly spend the time in the moment with my family and my wife and it was an incredible time together!
