I have just leveled up to level 9 yesterday however I have a lot of vocabulary to do

that to puts it into perspective should I start working through it rn or?

Not sure I understand the concern
Isn’t that what we’re here to do?

You don’t have to do it all in one sitting, right?

Maybe I’m too new and I’m missing something.

Don’t leave vocab on the back burner. Set a fixed number of lessons you wish to do per day (like “maximum 20 items, including all available radicals, 5 Kanji, and vocab for the rest”) and do your reviews when they’re due. Vocab helps reinforce Kanji: it is perhaps the most important item type on the platform.

10 lessons per day is considered a moderate pace. Do more or less than that as needed to keep your review stack under control.
