There is no API available to users that makes it possible to change the content held on the site itself.
It sounds like Houhou would do what you need, though it’s desktop only.
Someone created this a long time ago, which I meant to try but never got around to:
It’s pretty old, so it’s probably no longer supported. I would suggest Houhou or Anki instead…
