Script For Results of Each Review?

After each review, I’d really like to know the results of what I just did. For example, did I ‘Master’ 4 items; did 2 items slip from ‘Apprentice IV to Apprentice III’, etc. Also, it would be nice when doing reviews if the individual item showed not just an up or down arrow with the generic ‘Apprentice’ or ‘Guru’, but ‘Up Arrow, Guru III’ for example.

Does a user-script something like this already exist?

I have made a script for exactly this a while back
