Safari alternative to Yomitan

I’ve wanted to try using Safari as my primary browser for quite some time now but Yomitan is such an important part to my browsing experience that I have not been able to!

However, recently I have started using this Safari extension called 10ten Japanese Reader, which has hover dictionary pop up functionality.

Looks like this when I’m reading my books with reader.ttsu

If anyone else is using Safari and is also looking for a pop up extension perhaps give this a go.

That’s what I’m using in firefox. It’s pretty helpful, so 2nd endorsement (although I don’t know how well it works on safari specifically)

I use it constantly just for the instant pitch accent indication. Priceless.
