I had testing all throughout this and last week, so I wasn’t able to finish my daily reviews. I returned to hundreds and I don’t know what to do. Does anyone have any idea how many I should do to get back into the swing of things?

Well, you can do a fixed amount per day. 50 - 100 is usually the optimal, at least it was for me when I was digging through 2600+ reviews after more than half a year break

Just to add make sure you stop doing lessons in the mean time. Otherwise the lessons will just continue to add to your review pile. I myself got behind for the first time on level 6 and made sure not to do a new lesson for a couple of weeks until I got back on schedule with reviews.
