Is there a way to reset only specific words? There are some kanjis/radicals/vocabulary I would like to reset on different levels but I don’t want a complete reset to an specific level.

As far as I know you can only reset burned items. You can do so by going to the item detail page, scroll down to the bottom, and click “Resurrect”.
Unfortunately I don’t think there’s any way to reset your non-burned items. Not natively, at least!

Keep getting them wrong in your reviews and they will soon be back to the lowest level 
SRS inherently sees to this. If I keep getting something wrong, I will see it more often.
I suppose that if I keep not getting them wrong, then probably I did not really need to reset them
