I’m on my first set of kanji and I keep missing some because of the “,” so I was wondering how I type it to avoid… frustrations. thanks for the help 
You only type one answer, not all.
So for example. 大. Answer either たい or だい. Not たい, だい

I had the same frustration when I first started as well, but like the person noted before me, just choose one reading. Although it is also helpful if you try to think to yourself the other reading while typing the first.
