At a restaurant in Nezu (ๆ นๆดฅ) in downtown Tokyo I picked a leaflet explaining how to eat Kushiage (ไธฒๆšใ’). It starts with:

ใ€œใตใ‚“ใ‚ใ‚Šใจใ—ใŸ โ€“ It is difficult to translate this part into English. ใตใ‚“ใ‚ใ‚Š is an adverb followed by a verb ใ—ใŸ. The ใจ is ยซthe optional ใจยป explained here: https://japanese.stackexchange.com/questions/24943/what-is-the-purpose-of-adding-ใจ
ใƒ•ใƒซใ‚ซใ‚ท is one of these typical abbreviations so difficult to identify by non-natives.
