I read a few chapters of スーと鯛ちゃん at lunchtime then this evening I went back to Animal Crossing to do some sentence breakdowns. It’s amazing how much grammar you can find to look up in 12 sentences and I’m still at a point that I get a little jolt of happiness every time I find that a group of characters that have confused me are actually a common grammar point that makes everything make sense!
I’ve already come across plenty of kanji in animal crossing so far so I find it interesting that when とたけけ / K.K Slider talks no kanji is used at all in the text. I wonder if that’s just a way of reflecting his personality as being more laid back?
