I slowly worked through the second chapter of まいにち鳥びより today, which was all about Cormorants. I’ve always thought that Cormorants are one of the most dinosaur looking birds but the illustrations in this manga make them look so charming. I learned from my reading today just how green their eyes are!
Like before I’m mainly sticking to the writing that has furigana attached for now but I am enjoying scanning the handwritten notes to look out for any kanji that I’ve learned. I’m also getting some good katakana practise in too which I thought I knew better than I actually do
