Today I read the first chapter of まいにち鳥びより / “Everyday is a Perfect Day for Birding”, which is a manga made up of essays based on the author’s love for birds and it’s right up my alley!
It’s a few levels higher on Natively than ふらいんぐうぃっち (22 vs 19) so I was planning to save it for a little while but I kept scrolling past it and the temptation was too strong 
. The difference in difficulty is definitely noticeable for me: there are sections of hand written writing and writing with no furigana that were tougher, but I managed to generally follow along with it. The author’s enthusiasm is really infectuous and I think I’ll probably find myself going through it again more carefully in the future to study it a bit closer but for now I’m just enjoying it at the level I’m at.
