Finished the last two parts of chapter 3! Now I have to wait for week 4 to start on Tuesday.
Vocab/jpdb: I like doing lookups with yomitan. And then more often than not I add the vocab/expression on jpdb and then add it to the front of the review queue. Sometimes it turns out it’s already in my reviews. That means I’ve forgotten the word. In that case, I mark the word as “I don’t know this” and it will come up for review again faster next time. Good way of reviewing vocab from context. Ideally, even better if I sampled the sentence it appeared in, but I think I’ve done that only once, probably. (Edit: Actually, it was the example sentence on yomitan, haha.) More trouble than it’s worth for me while reading. I’m mining for fun, not for work/study.
