Started a new job yesterday so reading took a bit of a back burner this past week as I got myself in the zone for that.
Still managed to chip away at some bits though.
Planning on focusing on Bluelock this week and get that completed.

cmoa are once again doing a free volume promotion, this time for a bunch of things that i don’t really have any interest in plus hanako-kun so i thought i’d give the first volume a try. also deer king today was really hard, these long history sections really fry my brain :(((

Finished Nekopara Volume 3 🙂 3,5 hours of gameplay today.
At this pace, it seems like it will take me under 100 hours to finish the whole series, since there are three more games, two of which are short, and one of which is going to be really long. I think I’m okay with that, since I was fully expecting to be here for at least 200 hours when I started.
Also, just for fun, I started adding every non-WK kanji to a .txt file. Assuming I didn’t miss anything, there are 43 non-WK kanji in this game. Not sure what I want to do with them yet, but I thought it was interesting.
Total time for this series: 54 hours

**13th august**
no manga today but i did a good chunk of deer king. was a much easier bit (which says a lot cos there was a bunch of medical terminology). finished the island of missing trees (which was excellent, whole-heartedly recommend) so gonna grab something else from my tbr later, assuming i don’t melt in this heat… also apparently i forgot to update the numbers in my table the past few days? oops. fixed now.

Played Nekopara Extra for 2,5 hours and managed to beat it in one sitting 🙂
Super happy with how reading went today. Probably my best reading session with this series so far, I think I understood like 75% on my own. Hopefully that will continue to be the case with the next game (but that probably won’t happen, lol)
