I love this series, there are so many funny moments and developments. The illustrations are very well done too.
ローゼマイン is introduced to ハルトムート’s chosen partner and it turns out she’s as crazy and devoted to ローゼマイン as ハルトムート is. They’re perfect for each other!
Another thing is how things that has always been there from the beginning or things that happened 5 books earlier suddenly get an explanation now that is actually relevant to the plot. My mind is blown every time. Let me remind you this is book 19 in the series. I can’t believe Ferdinand’s blue cape is blue for a reason and that he’s been holding on to it all this time, like 10 years after graduating the academy. It’s a keepsake from winning against his rival! He’s wearing his rival’s cape!

Getting lax about posting here again, but still reading.
I finished SMT5 Vengeance last night! Fantastic game. Definitely some difficult speech patterns in it, semi-archaic stuff, lots of talk of gods and creating new worlds and all that, but I managed. A little unsure what to pick up next. I’m looking forward to Metaphor: ReFantazio, but that’s 2 months away still. Maybe an actual book sometime? Dunno.
Umineko has been… easier than it was. I’m getting somewhere between 7k to 10k characters before tapping out with like ~50 words which is a better rate than I had in the financial conversations, heh. The writing is a little elaborate in this VN but nothing is really a roadblock, just slow going.
i did finish one last song! it feels messy in places and could probably have done with being at least 100 pages longer but it wasn’t a bad book. would note that though there isn’t on-page nsfw content the humour does tend towards raunchier than not, and a general content warning for age-related illness and death.
Spent all day watching qualifiers at the Banque Nationale Open and came home exhausted from sitting in the blazing 32 degree heat. After I fortified with some water and dinner, though, I managed to read a few pages of よつばと！ Chapter 26.
